Brandi Ingram is a double Master Certified & Insured Wedding Planner with over 18 years of experience in events and hospitality. In 2011, she graduated from the University of Central Florida in Orlando with a Bachelors in Marketing and minor in Event Management. Since then she has worked nationwide with numerous events from music tours, brand activation, sponsorships, trade shows and more. She continued her education in Las Vegas at The International School of Hospitality and studied Wedding Coordination & Design which led to work with MGM properties, Bellagio, Aria and Mandalay Bay. In 2018 she relocated to Houston and continued branding NXT LVL Weddings & Events. Brandi is an active member of the Certified Wedding Planner Society and the Association of Wedding Planners.
Assistant Planner | Lead Coordinator
Alyssa is a recent graduate from University of Houston majoring in Hotel and Restaurant Management. She joined NXT LVL Weddings & Events as an intern in 2021 and has fallen in love with this industry. She has now coordinated and assisted in over 150 weddings and events. Alyssa will be your wedding day BFF and will strive to make your special day stress-free. In her free time, she loves spending time with her amazing husband and pup, doing Pilates, and rewatching Friends.
Dakota is from Spring, Texas. He graduated in 2019 from Tomball High School and currently attends Texas State University. For the past five years, Dakota has been involved in various aspects of the wedding industry, from catering to venue management and coordination. He is extremely well-rounded and the hardest worker we know! Outside of work life, Dakota is an avid basketball player, river floater and travel junkie.

DAY-OF COORDINATION VS. WEDDING MANAGEMENT
“Day-Of Coordination" is a misnomer and simply said, does not exist. The words "Day-Of" imply it takes place in 24 hours and "Coordination" implies we are just simply shuffling papers around! No one is so magical that they can arrive on the day of your wedding and make all the moving parts work seamlessly. Event planning takes months of time, effort, and skilled expertise. Our Wedding Management services encompass months of hands-on planning, development, and design. It provides our clients with the peace of mind, support, and expert resources they don't even know they need until they need it! As an engaged couple, this might be your first time planning a wedding, but it is for sure not ours! With hundreds of weddings under our belt, we know Rome wasn't built in a day and neither was your ideal wedding! Wedding Management is a comprehensive option for budget-conscious couples.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A VENUE COORDINATOR AND A WEDDING PLANNER?
A venue coordinator works for the venue, and a wedding planner works for the couple. A venue coordinator will be dealing with all the aspects of the venue such as set up, the staff, food, etc. A wedding planner is there to oversee the set up from all vendors, answer any questions, take care of any problems, and to make sure everything is exactly as the couple wants it.

Yes! That's what our Wedding Management is designed for. We will confirm and manage your selected vendors, assist you in running your rehearsal and coordinate the ceremony and reception to make sure everything goes as planned.
I DON’T NEED A WEDDING PLANNER, I HAVE A FRIEND WHO SAID SHE WOULD HELP AT MY WEDDING. THAT'S THE SAME RIGHT?
As helpful as your friends and family will be during your planning, they shouldn't have to work on your wedding day. It can go both ways: either they will have so much to do that day they won’t even be able to enjoy your wedding day. On the other hand, they may not take the job seriously, and the day might end up being a disaster.
DO YOU OFFER SMALL/MIRCO/ELOPEMENT WEDDINGS?
Yes, while we have always offered small and intimate weddings of 50 guests or less, during COVID-19, small weddings are currently essential.
