Brandi is a Master Certified & Insured Wedding Planner with 20 years of experience in events and hospitality. In 2011, she graduated from the University of Central Florida in Orlando with a Bachelors in Marketing and Event Management. Since then she has worked nationwide with numerous events from music tours, brand activation, sponsorships, trade shows and more. She continued her education in Las Vegas at The International School of Hospitality and studied Wedding Coordination & Design which led to work with MGM properties, Bellagio, Aria and Mandalay Bay. In 2018 she relocated to Houston and continued branding NXT LVL Weddings & Events. Brandi is an active member of the Certified Wedding Planner Society and the Association of Wedding Planners.

Alyssa’s journey with NXT LVL Weddings & Events truly embodies growth, passion, and dedication. She began her wedding planning career with us as an intern and, through hard work and an undeniable love for the industry, worked her way from Assistant Coordinator to Certified Lead Planner. She has been a valued member of our team for five years and continues to raise the standard with every event she leads.
Alyssa is a graduate of the University of Houston, where she earned her degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Since joining our team in 2021, she has coordinated and assisted in over 300 weddings and events, bringing calm, organization, and heart to every celebration. On wedding days, Alyssa quickly becomes your go-to person—your wedding day BFF—ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed so you can enjoy a truly stress-free experience.

With an Accounting degree from Southern New Hampshire University, she brings a sharp eye for numbers, data, timelines, and all the behind-the-scenes logistics that keeps a wedding day on track—always with an iced coffee close by. Her calm presence, organization, and dedication make her a valued part of our team.
