Full Service Planning

Our Full Service Planning package is for couples who want a beautifully designed wedding without adding a second full-time job to their already busy lives. From venue hunting and budget management to vendor selection, design creation, logistics, and wedding weekend execution, we handle the details while you enjoy being engaged.
Think of us as your planner, designer, problem-solver, professional over-thinker, and wedding day hype team all rolled into one.

The Partial Package
You’ve already started planning and have a solid handle on the basics—but now you’re realizing there are approximately 4,782 decisions left to make.
Don’t worry. You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
Our Partial Planning package is perfect for couples who have booked a few key vendors or secured their venue but need professional guidance to pull everything together. We’ll step in where you need us most, help fill in the gaps, provide expert recommendations, review your plans, and keep everything moving in the right direction.
Think of it as the wedding planning equivalent of calling in reinforcements.
You’ll still be hands-on in the planning process, but you’ll have an experienced professional in your corner to answer questions, solve problems, and make sure no important details slip through the cracks.
Because sometimes all you need is a little help, a lot of expertise, and someone to tell you that yes, you really do need a rain plan.
Wedding Management
For the couple who wants to plan their own wedding—but doesn't want to figure it all out alone.
Think of this package as having a wedding planner in your back pocket. You're in the driver's seat, making the decisions and bringing your vision to life, while we're your expert guide helping you avoid the common pitfalls, stay on track, and feel confident every step of the way.
Through three personalized coaching sessions, we'll tackle whatever you need most. Budget questions? Vendor recommendations? Timeline struggles? Family dynamics? Design decisions keeping you awake at 2 a.m.? Bring it on.
Each session is tailored to where you are in the planning process, giving you professional advice, honest feedback, and actionable next steps so you can move forward with confidence—not overwhelm.
Month of Coordination
You planned the dream. We'll manage the day.
Our Month-of Coordination package is designed for couples who have planned their wedding but don't want to spend their wedding month managing logistics, answering vendor questions, or chasing down timelines.
About six weeks before your wedding, we'll step in, get up to speed on all the details, and become the go-to person for your vendor team. We'll review your plans, create a seamless timeline and floor plan, confirm logistics, coordinate with your vendors, and make sure everyone knows exactly where they need to be and when.
On wedding day, we're the ones putting out fires before you even know they exist, keeping everything on schedule, and ensuring your carefully planned vision comes to life.
